Sabbe saṃkhārā dukkhā’ti yadā paññāya passati; atha nibbindatī dukkhe, esa maggo visuddhiyā.
English Translation
When one sees with wisdom that all conditioned things are unsatisfactory, one grows weary of suffering — this is the path to purification.

The second of the three "marks of existence" verses (277-279), identical in structure to 277 except naming dukkha rather than anicca as what wisdom sees in conditioned things.
