Pheṇūpamaṃ kāyam imaṃ viditvā, marīcidhammaṃ abhisambudhāno; chetvāna Mārassa papupphakāni, adassanaṃ maccurājassa gacche.
English Translation
Knowing this body to be like foam, and fully awakening to its mirage-like nature, one can cut off Māra’s flower-tipped arrows and pass beyond the sight of the lord of death.
