Attā hi attano nātho, ko hi nātho paro siyā; attanā hi sudantena nāthaṃ labhati dullabhaṃ.
English Translation
One is one’s own protector — what other protector could there be? With oneself well-trained, one gains a protection that is truly hard to find.
